The Lenzner Firm, P.C. was founded by Terry F. Lenzner (now retired), who previously served as Assistant Chief Counsel to the Senate Watergate Committee. Prior to establishing the firm, Lenzner was a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and an attorney at other prominent Washington, D.C. law firms.

Today, the firm is led by Arun G. Rao. Drawing on his experience at the U.S. Department of Justice, the White House, the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and in private practice, Rao directs due diligence and corporate internal investigations, advises clients on crisis and risk management, and handles white-collar matters.
